Séance to facilitate communication with government surveillance programs through meta data. Participants can transmit their message through the custom made Ouija board with the help of The Medium. The participants will then receive instructions for actions that will allow them to produce the metadata required to communicate directly with whichever surveillance program is watching/listening.
